The score, live
This is the exact scoring module from the app, on a synthetic posting and a synthetic resume. The AI marked the facts once; everything below recomputes in pure code as you type. A simplified illustration: the dashboard's Tailor resume view adds the suggestions, the keyword table and the editor around the same score.
Type Redis into the skills line: the number moves on the next keystroke. Type hooks, a must-have, and it moves further. Before you type Terraform, its dashed underline in the posting says nothing in the resume backs it. Typed, it counts all the same: the score reads the text, as an ATS filter does. A word only in a list counts a little less than one in a sentence about the work. Title, summary and latest role keep the AI's grade, so rewrite most of the resume and the page stops showing a number.

Install in four commands What else it doesWhat is AI and what is not: one AI call marked each keyword as present, missing or ask-the-user against the original resume, and graded the alignment. Everything since, coverage, the primary-stack cap and the number, is score.mjs, the same file the dashboard ships; a parity test keeps this page's copy byte-identical. The alignment is not re-read as you type, so once most of the original text is gone the page shows no number.
